This bulgur comes from family owned mills in Pindos, the long tall mountain chain in the Greek mainland. In its ideal micro-climate conditions, together with the fertile soil, a premium durum wheat is produced, and, once collected, it is peeled, cleaned, and ground in traditional millstones. Farmers are hands-on every day with traditional farming techniques; it is no wonder this product's premium quality goes beyond anything mass produced you have ever tried.
